Supervisor Stephen A. Bedetti is proud to annouce the launch of the New Windsor Heroes Banner Program to honor our local veterans.
Famlies can purchase a banner to be displayed on main traffic corridors of the town to honor their loved ones who have served.

The elected officials and all of our town employees are committed to ensuring that the Town of New Windsor is a safe and affordable place to raise a family. The Town prides itself on its outstanding services it provides to its residents and business owners. Our Police Department is top notch, our roads are maintained to high standards, and our Recreation Department provides a wealth of activities to all age groups.

Town Hall is open to the public Monday - Friday, from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. We encourage anyone who can still conduct business via phone or email to continue to do so. If you have any suggestions or problems relating to the town or services, please do not hesitate to contact the appropriate Town Department.

Starting Thursday, March 7 the Town Clerk’s office will be open until 6pm each Thursday. Starting Saturday, March 9, the Clerk’s office will be open on the second Saturday of the month from 9am-12pm. For Saturday openings, dates will be posted on the Town Clerk’s webpage at newwindsor-ny.gov.

Town Clerk Clarino stated: “Our residents lead busy lives and cannot always get to my office during normal hours for business that needs to be conducted in person. Many residents voiced a need for this when I was campaigning and I am proud to deliver on my promise.”

Supervisor Bedetti stated: “We pride ourselves on being available for our residents. I am happy to see our Town Clerks office starting evening and weekend hours. It is important that we provide every resident the opportunity for these additional hours for those residents who cannot make it during our normal business hours.”

Supervisor Stephen A. Bedetti is happy to announce the Orange County Mobile DMV will be back at New Windsor Town Hall again! The mobile DMV will be here on Monday, July 29th from 10am-3:30pm. New Windsor residents can process many of the normal DMV transactions right here at town hall.

Supervisor Bedetti would like to thank Orange County Clerk Kelly Eskew for once again bringing this service to our residents!
