San Giacomo Dog Park - Water Shut Off For the Season

Attention New Windsor Dog Park Members: Due to the colder temperatures, the water at the Dog Park has been shut off for the season. The Dog Park will remain open as weather permits. Please bring your own water if you plan to visit. The bathrooms at San Giacomo Park will still remain open at this time.

See the attached documents for the NYS Local Law Filing for, "A Local Law to Amend the Town Code of the Town of New Windsor to Add Chapter 220, entitled "Short-Term Rentals" to regulate the operation and use of Short-Term Rentals located within the Town of New Windsor and require owners to obtain a Short-Term Rental Permit from the Town of New Windsor in Order to continue or commence operation of a Short-Term Rental." Also attached are the Short Environmental Assessment Forms, Parts 1, 2, & 3.
